The European Union is issuing tariffs on $4 billion worth of US goods after a long-running dispute over aid to the world's 2 biggest planemakers
The World Trade Organization ruled that the EU could impose the tariffs in retaliation for subsidies granted to the aircraft manufacturer Boeing.
